THE BUILDING EXPERIENCE

 

Building a new home can be an exciting and stressful time. At Stelobrook Homes we aim to make it as stress-free and enjoyable as possible! The home building experience is a four month process. You can expect to meet with Stelobrook Homes once a week to ensure your needs are being met and that we answer all of your questions. This is what you can expect in the process:

 

• Our first consultation, or “greet and meet”, we discuss your desires in a home and the general layout of the home.  If everything meets your standards, a general contract is reviewed and signed to start the process of building your home.

 

• In our next meeting you will work together with our architect to customize your dream home down to the smallest of detail.

 

• Stelobrook Homes takes the worry out of the building process by handling the permits and managing contractors making sure your home is built on schedule and to your needs.

 

• Once the blueprints have been finalized and permits have been issued, your dream home is now ready to start being built!

 

• But the process does not stop there. We will meet with you and guide you thoughout the building process to discuss selections and decisions from the colour of brick and types of windows to the style of kitchen and flooring.
