DESIGN & PLANNING
Stelobrook Homes will not only assist you in finding the ideal lot to build your dream home, but we will also help you to design and build your new home from the ground up. working with our architect, you can choose from one of our existing plans, modify to fit your needs, or create something completely new from the ground up. The possibilities are endless!
CONSTRUCTION
Stelobrook Homes will coordinate all plans, building permits and inspections throughout the building process. We will manage the entire process and schedule and oversee all trades and subcontractors. Unlike some builders, we invite you to be part of the process! Weekly on-site meetings will help you to understand what goes into your new build and allow you to make changes along the way.
COMPLETION
At Stelobrook Homes we pride ourselves on not only building quality homes, but building quality relationships with our clients. Many of our clients are referrals of family and freinds from past clients! An important part of this includes ongoing after sale follow-ups to answer any questions and concerns that you may have about your new home. We are always just a phone call away!
